Tell us about your experience at Nine Cloud Bridal Boutique
I was nervous about wedding dress shopping since I got engaged. Could I stay within my budget? Would I be able to find THE dress? My mom heard an ad on the radio about an open house event at Cloud Nine Bridal Boutique, and we decided to stop in for a visit. We both felt very welcome and comfortable as soon as we walked in, and the nerves vanished. Instead of sales associates trying to sell me something, they asked what I wanted to look like on my wedding day, where I got inspiration from, and what I felt comfortable in. They showed me the most stunning dresses I could have imagined, and I wanted to jump in them right away. I knew I had to make an appointment. Finally, the day of my appointment came, and Olivia, my sales associate, made me and each member of my entourage feel important. I told Olivia I wanted a dress that I could run in a field of flowers in; I was impressed, but not surprised, that she knew exactly what I meant. She pulled dresses that I definitely had on my Pinterest board, and none of them were out of my budget. She looked at how the dresses fit and gave specifics on how it complimented my body. She did not draw me in with vague compliments to buy the most expensive dress in the store. Everything she said was genuine, insightful, and kind. When I found the dress, the final test was to run down the hall in the store, and it made me want to live in it. When I said yes to the dress, I couldn’t help but jump up and down with excitement. After the appointment, they gave me a box of goodies and took a Polaroid picture and put it on their wall that made me feel so special. I was literally on cloud nine! The entire process from start to finish was fun, exciting, and super easy. A few months later, I went to a bridal event they held. There, I met some other of their associates, and I realized they are all as sweet as Olivia is, you really cannot go wrong. Th ey had snacks, drinks, and even a hair stylist to do a quick trial of your wedding hair. It was such an amazing night to relax and recharge. With a wedding dress boutique, I feel that it would be easy for them to give you a dress, send you on your way, and never see you again. This is not the case with Cloud Nine. They continually reach out, have events, and make you feel cared for even after your wedding. I recommend Cloud Nine to all of my friends who get engaged. Cloud Nine holds such a special place in my heart, and I wish I could relive this experience over again.
Tell us about your wedding!
Our wedding was smooth from start to finish. No one was late, no drama, just fun. There was not a dry eye during the ceremony as my husband handed both of our moms a white rose, and we sang “How Great Thou Art,” our favorite hymn. The dance floor was packed, the photobooth never got a break, and the cupcakes were phenomenal. Every second was so precious and special, I would not change a thing.
